HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We ship our items once a week using USPS First Class Advantage from York, Pennsylvania . Items typically arrive 3-5 business days after being marked as shipped.

DOES SHIPPING INCLUDE INSURANCE?

USPS First Class Advantage comes with $100 insurance for your items.You can upgrade shipping to USPS Priority which includes up to $50-$100 value insured and you will get your items 1-2 days faster. If you would like additional insurance, please contact me directly before placing orders

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

We are not responsible for any shipping Errors. For example, orders that are sent to the wrong addresses and/or LOST/STOLEN/BROKEN PACKAGES. As soon as the package leaves our shop, we have no control over how USPS handles them. If your item is insured please contact me with pics of the damaged item / item to start a claim. If your damage is more than what insurance covers we are not liable, you can always add insurance as stated above with contacting me. Note insurance will not cover items that were delivered then later stolen.
